Assam SC Graduate Unemployed Youth Scheme 2021 – Govt. will give Rs 25,000

Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Castes Assam has released Assam SC Graduate Unemployed Youth Scheme 2021 and Govt of Assam will Give Rs 25,000 to SC Graduate Unemployed Youth.

Government of Assam has to Publish notification for Financial Assistance to the SC graduate unemployed youths, So, The Candidates who are interested in Assam SC Graduate Unemployed Youth Scheme 2021 and completed all eligibility criteria. They can Apply Application form before the last date.

Assam SC Graduate Unemployed Youth Scheme 2021 Details

Government of Assam has released Scheduled Castes graduate Unemployed youths Scheme 2021 for awarding Financial Assistance of Rs 25,000/- only for taking up viable income-generating activities such as agriculture and allied activities/ industry/ service/ business sectors/ Ares of horticulture/poultry/fishing activities etc. during the financial year 2020- 21.

Eligibility Criteria of Assam SC Graduate Unemployed Youth Scheme 2021

Candidates must fulfil the following Given below eligibility criteria to apply for Assam SC Graduate Unemployed Youth Scheme 2021 offered by Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Castes (WSC), Govt. of Assam

Education: The Applicant must be a Graduate in Arts/Science/ Commerce from a recognized College/ Institutions affiliated to a recognized University

Community: The Applicant must belong to Scheduled Castes community of Assam.

Age Limits: The Applicant must be an unemployed person belonging to the age group between 25 years to 45 years.

Income: The Annual household income of the applicant should be less than Rs.2.00 lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs) per annum.

Covid-19 Preference: There will be provision of preference for selection of applicants at the rate of 15% of total selected applicants for the unemployed youths who had been working in other states and lost their jobs due to Covid-19 situation.

BPL Certification: Preference will be given to the applicants of BPL families from remote and SC predominant backward areas where poverty is the main characteristic for such under development. (Photocopy to be enclosed)

Reservation/s: Out of total beneficiaries minimum 30% will be reserved for women applicants. and Out of total beneficiaries minimum, 4% will be reserved for the differently able person.

Other Criteria: Person engaged in Semi Govt. / PSU and students will not be eligible under this scheme to get the benefit and The applicant should not have received any grants in the last 3 (three) years against any scheme funded by Govt. An undertaking in this respect should be accompanied along with the application.

How to Apply for Assam SC Graduate Unemployed Youth Scheme

The interested & eligible Applicants may apply in the prescribed format given below along with the relevant documents. The application may be submitted in their respective Sub-Divisional Welfare Offices or to the DIRECTOR, WELFARE OF SCHEDULED CASTES, ASSAM, BLOCK-II, HOUSEFED COMPLEX, BASHISTHA ROAD, GUWAHATI-78 1006 on or before the last date

Documents to be enclosed with Application Form

1. Copy of the Scheduled Caste certificate.
2. An affidavit signed by the Notary regarding an applicant’s unemployment status.
3. Household Income Certificate issued by the concerned authority.
4. BPL Card.
5. Graduation Pass Certificate.
6. HSLC Admit Card ( for proof of age)
7. Passport size Photograph of the Applicant
8. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book
9. Proof of Identity – (Voter ID/ AADHAAR etc. (any one document to be submitted)
10. Brief proposal / Schemes for which the amount is proposed to be utilized (limiting to Rs.50,000/-).

Note: All documents are to be submitted must be self signed.
