The Provisional Merit List for the post of Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher, and Manipuri Language Teacher of UP Schools will be published on September, 2023 for all candidates who have submitted their online applications and received the acknowledgement. DEE Assam Physical Document Verification for Regular Teachers (Phase-III)

This is to inform all concerned individuals that a Physical Document Verification has been scheduled for candidates who were not called for the verification process in previous instances, despite their names appearing in the 2nd Provisional Merit List for the position of Regular Teachers of LP and UP Schools against the DEE, Assam advertisements with reference numbers E255733/10 and E-255733/15, dated 11/02/2023.

The candidature of the candidates who fail to attend the said Physical Document Verification will be cancelled forthwith, without assigning any reason thereof. Only the candidates will be allowed inside the venue. All the candidates must attend the Physical Document Verification along with the original documents and a self-attested photocopy set of the following:

• All relevant original documents.
• Copy of Online Application.
• Original Admission Receipt of DElEd/ BEd.
• Original Admit Card of DElEd/ BEd.
• Aadhar Card/ PAN/ EPIC

DEE Assam Physical Document Verification for Withheld Candidates

This notice is intended to inform all candidates who have been placed on hold in the 2nd Provisional Merit List for the positions of Assistant Teacher in LP Schools and Assistant Teacher & Science Teacher in UP Schools, as advertised by DEE, Assam through notifications No. E-255733/10 & No. E255733/15 dated 11/02/2023. These candidates are hereby requested to participate in a Physical Document Verification process according to the following schedule:

All candidates are required to be present for the Physical Document Verification, and they should bring the original documents along with a self-attested photocopy set of the following:

• All relevant original documents
• Copy of the Online Application
• Original Admission Receipt of DElEd/ BEd
• Original Admit Card of DElEd/ BEd
• Aadhar Card/ PAN/EPIC

It is important to note that the candidature of candidates who fail to attend the Physical Document Verification will be immediately cancelled without providing any reason. Only the candidates themselves will be allowed entry into the venue.
