Name of department: Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department, Assam
Name of post: Veterinary Officer/ Block Veterinary Officer, Class-B, Class I (Jr. Grade)

Scale of pay: Pay Band-4, Rs.30,000 – Rs.1,10,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 12,700 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Eligibility Criteria of Animal Husbandry Veterinary Jobs
Educational Qualification: The Job applicants must have a a Degree in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science from any recognized university or institution.
Citizenship: The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Voter ID/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as a proof of residency along with the application.
Employment Exchange Registration: The Job applicants must submit a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number while submitting the application for this recruitment.
Small Family Norms: The candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the Combined Competitive (Prelims) Examination.
