Instructions for the candidate

Candidates are hereby allowed to appear in the Written Examination for the post of JUNIOR ASSISTANT, DC Office, Bongaigaon and asked to report at 9 AM before the commencement of the written test. No T.A/D.A will be admissible for appearing the Written Examination.

Candidate must present with this admit card before the Written Examination. Entry to the Examination Hall will not be allowed without this Admit Card. Candidate should also bring with them a valid photo ID proof for verification. In any case, no Candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after the commencement of the examination.

The Candidate shall have to bring black/blue ball point pen to the Examination Hall. Candidate should use only black/blue ball point pen to write particulars and give their responses in Question Booklet cum Answer Sheet.

Use of mobile phone, calculator, watch calculator or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.

Candidates are requested to reach the venue in time on the day of Examination . The request for change of City/Centre of Examination will not be entertained. The candidates are permitted to appear for Written Examination at the venue and sit on the seat allotted to him/her only.

All COVID related regulations are to be strictly followed including use of face masks, hand hygiene and maintaining distance.

Mode of Selection:

There shall be two phases of selection.

Phase-I: The candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in the District Head Quarter at Bongaigaon on a date to be notified later on. The syllabus of the objective type written test will be as follows:

Phase-II: Against each vacancy, 4 (Four) candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Computer (Practical) Test and schedule will be intimated accordingly. On the day of practical Test, Candidates will have to bring all the original testimonials i.e. age proof certificate, caste certificate, Educational Qualification Certificate, Computer Proficiency Certificate for document verification.
