Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2021 Details:

[✅] Assistant Commandant General Duty (GD)

No of posts: 30

Gender: Male

Age Limit: Born between 01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2001 (Both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (i.e. 1st Semester to 8th Semester for BE/B.Tech Course or 1st year to last year for Bachelor Degree candidates wherever applicable). Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to intermediate or class XIIth of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with 60% aggregate in Mathematics and Physics. {Candidates not in possession of Physics and Maths in 10+2 (intermediate) or equivalent level are not eligible for General Duty (GD)}.

[✅] Assistant Commandant Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL-SSA)

No of posts: 10 Post

Gender: Both Male & Female

Age Limit: Born between 01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2003 (Both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification: Candidates holding current /valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) issued/ validated by the Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Minimum educational qualification – XIIth pass (Physics and Mathematics) with 60% marks in aggregate.

[✅] Assistant Commandant Technical (Engineering & Electrical)

No of posts: 10 Post

Gender: Male

Age Limit: Born between 01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2001 (Both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification: Engineering degree with 60% marks in aggregate or Should have passed Sections A and B examination from the Institution of Engineers (India) in any of the disciplines listed : (aa) Engineering Branch. Naval architecture or Mechanical or Marine or Automotive or Mechatronics or Industrial and Production or Metallurgy or Design or Aeronautical or Aerospace. (ab) Electrical Branch.Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunication or Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and Communication or Power Engg. Or Power Electronics. At least 60% marks in aggregate in Physics and Maths in 12th class or Three-year diploma course with an aggregate of 60%.

Age Limit for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment

Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years as follows: –

  1. Navik (GD) and Yantrik: Born between 01 Feb 2000 to 31 Jan 2004 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Navik(DB): Born between 01 Apr 2000 to 31 March 2004 (both dates inclusive).

Note: Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy) candidates is applicable only if posts are reserved for them.

Examination Fee for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment

Candidates (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 250/-(Rupees Two hundred Fifty only) through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/ Master/ Maestro/Rupay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI.
