Required Qualifications of NIACL Recruitment
Educational Qualification: A candidate must have a minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Additionally, the candidate should have passed in English as one of the subjects at the SSC/HSC/Intermediate/Graduation level. The candidate is required to possess a certificate as proof of passing the qualifying examination as of 1st January 2024.
Local Language Proficiency: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the State/UT relevant to the vacancies for which a candidate is applying is essential. To assess the candidate’s familiarity with the Regional Language, a language test will be conducted before the final selection. Candidates not meeting the proficiency standards in the Regional Language Test will be disqualified.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between 20 years to 30 years as of 1st January 2024. Candidates must have been born not later than 1st January 2003 and not earlier than 2nd January 1994 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 years for ST candidates and 10 years for PwD candidates.
