Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Knowledge of Language: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the State of Recruitment is a prerequisite.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 30 years as of 30th September 2023. Candidates must have been born not later than 30th September 2002 and not earlier than 1st October 1993 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 years for ST candidates and 10 years for PwD candidates.

Selection Process of UIIC Recruitment
Candidates will undergo an online examination, and those who qualify will participate in a Regional Language Test. The final merit list will be compiled based on exam performance and regional language proficiency. The examination details are as follows.

Type of Exam: Online Computer Based Exam
Duration of Exam: 120 minutes.
Language of Exam: The objective tests, excluding the “English Language” test, will be bilingual (in English and Hindi).
Type of Questions: The questions will be in the form of objective type with alternative choices, among which one will be the correct answer. Candidates are required to select the correct answer and ‘mouse click’ the alternative they believe is correct.
Negative Marking: Wrong answers marked by candidates will incur a penalty. For each incorrect answer marked, one-fourth of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted as a penalty. However, there will be no penalty for unanswered questions.
Final Merit List: The final merit list, categorized by State and Category, will be compiled in descending order of the marks obtained by candidates who have qualified in the online exam, contingent upon passing the Regional Language Test. Those falling within the number of vacancies in the Merit List will be provisionally selected, pending Medical Fitness. Candidates will be informed of this through the Company’s Website. It is advised that candidates check the Company’s Website regularly for updates.
