So after the commencement of this great news, the Soil Conservation Department, Assam will provide their Assam Soil Conservation Admit Card 2021 OR call letter online for the applicants who submitted their application from the date of 03 February to 12 February 2021. Important notice of Assam Soil Conservation Admit Card

Candidates must bring the ADMIT CARD with them on the day of examination along with valid identification proof (Driving License/Voter Id/Aadhar Card/PAN card/Passport/any other Government recognized photo identification).

Candidate must bring their own ball-point pen (black or blue), pencil, eraser, sharpener etc. with them.

The candidate must report to the venue at least 90 minutes before the prescribed examination time to enable authorities to follow the Covid-19 protocol as announced by the Government. Details are provided in Instructions to be strictly followed. Wearing the mask is compulsory.

No candidate shall be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after the commencement of the examination.

Mobile Phones, Smart/Analog Watches, Calculators of any model or other communication devices, Bags/Handbags/Baggage are strictly prohibited in the Examination Venue. Authorities will not be responsible for the safe custody of any such items.

The candidate should retain the ADMIT CARD till the final stage of the selection process is over. Loss or misplacement of the ADMIT CARD after the written examination will debar the candidate from appearing in the next stage of the selection process if qualified in the written examination.

Assam Soil Conservation Department maybe not have conducted its recruitment Exam for various Posts due to the surge in COVID-19 cases in Assam, India.

Candidates may need to be waiting till further notice from the Assam Soil Conservation Department, They not need to worry about the Exam date, when the exam date will publish we directly publish the admit card link on this webpage. Syllabus of Written Examination

The Candidates who applied for Grade-Ill and whose applications are found correct in all respects will be called for a Written Test, which will be conducted in the District Headquarters or any other convenient venue(s) depending upon the number of candidates. The candidates will have to appear for the Written Test in the venue mentioned in his/her Admit Card. However, the Chairman of the Selection Committee, Assam reserves the right to change the venue (s) of the test as per convenience, and no representation, etc. will be entertained in this regard.

The duration of the Written Test will be of 2 hours on the subjects as given below. The test will be 100 marks with 100 questions and will be completely OMR-based. Each question will carry a 1 (one) mark. The candidates will have to use a black ball pen to answer the OMR-based answer sheet.

The Candidates who applied for Grade-IV and whose applications are found correct in all respects will be called for a written test consist of 50 marks covering general awareness/general knowledge/ current affairs/general English/general mathematics of Class VIII standards syllabus. The duration of the Written Test will be of 1 hour. Each question will carry a 1 (one) mark and is a completely OMR-based examination. The candidates will have to use a black ball pen to answer the OMR-based answer sheet.

Proficiency Test: (for grade-Ill posts)

Selected candidates (four times of the relevant vacancies) in the written test will be called for the proficiency test. The candidates have to produce the original copy of the Computer Diploma/Stenography Diploma,2 (Two) copies of passport size photograph. Candidates failing to bring the original documents will not be considered to sit in the Proficiency Test. The Proficiency Test will be a “Computer test” in the case of Junior Assistants (HQ & DL) and a “Stenography test” in the case of Stenographer consisting of a total of 15 Marks for each category of the post.
