Note: For departmental candidates and those belonging to the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, the minimum qualification mark in a bachelor’s degree is 50%.
Computer Proficiency: The Candidates must possess proficiency in computer applications and have a diploma certificate in computer applications with a minimum duration of 3 (three) months.
Nationality: The Nationality of the Job applicant must be Indian and the Job Applicants must be Permanent Residents of Assam in order to apply for the post of AEGCL.
PRC Certificate: Selected Job Applicants will have to submit proof of residence/Domicile Certificate after the publication of the final select list. However, Job Applicants belonging to SC, ST, and OBC/MOBC are exempted from submitting such certificates.

Selection Procedure for AEGCL Recruitment
There will be two tests for recruitment of all the posts (i) First Phase Test and (ii) Second Phase Test.
